Refund policy
Returns
We do not accept returns, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at hairhavenaccessories@gmail.com within 7 days of arrival if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can process a return. For a return with damaged or defective item, you’ll be sent a return label via email. You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days .
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
If approved for a refund for damaged or defective item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hairhavenaccessories@gmail.com.
Shipping policy
Orders are packaged and shipped by 1-2 business days via USPS. Thereafter, please allow for designated transit/shipping time as indicated by the selected shipping package. If your order has not arrived by 15 business days, please contact us.
